These terms apply to use of the DCL Logistics LLC website. They do not replace any signed client service agreement, power of attorney, filing instructions, quote, invoice, or other service-specific document.
Website purpose
This website provides general information about DCL Logistics LLC and its current services. Website content is not legal, customs, tax, insurance, transportation, or regulatory advice and does not guarantee that a shipment or transaction satisfies every applicable requirement.
No automatic client relationship
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not create a client relationship, obligate DCL to accept a matter, or authorize DCL to act on anyone's behalf. Services begin only after DCL accepts the request and the required agreements, authorizations, information, and payment arrangements are completed.
Current service scope
DCL currently provides export documentation support and authorized AES/EEI filing services. Unless expressly agreed in writing and legally authorized, DCL does not act as a customs broker, carrier, warehouse, insurer, or provider of ocean freight transportation.
Client-provided information
Users are responsible for providing complete, accurate, timely, and lawful information. DCL may rely on information and documents supplied by the client or an authorized representative. Submission of incomplete or incorrect information may cause delay, rejection, correction requirements, additional charges, or other consequences.
Quotes and availability
Quotes are based on the information available when issued and may change if the scope, documents, timing, government requirements, third-party charges, or shipment facts change. Website availability and response times are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The DCL name, logo, website design, written content, forms, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to DCL Logistics LLC and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without written permission.
Prohibited use
Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or use DCL's name or materials in a misleading manner.
External services and links
Email applications, hosting providers, government systems, and external websites are operated by third parties. DCL is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or practices.
