Current Services

Professional Export Documentation Support

DCL currently focuses on two core services designed to support exporters with clear documentation, authorized electronic filing, and organized submission workflows.

AES / EEI Filing

Authorized filing of Electronic Export Information through AESDirect, including ITN processing and filing follow-up based on information supplied by the client.

  • Shipment-specific filing review
  • AESDirect submission
  • ITN confirmation
  • Correction and amendment support when required

DCL files using shipment information supplied and certified by the client under the applicable agreement and AES/EEI Power of Attorney. Filing confirmation and the ITN are returned after successful acceptance.

Export Document Review & Submission

Review, organization, and submission support for export documentation, including used self-propelled vehicles and equipment when applicable.

  • Document completeness review
  • VIN or serial-number review when applicable
  • CBP export document submission support
  • Correction and status follow-up

This service may include title, VIN, serial-number, invoice, packing-list, and supporting-document checks when applicable. Final requirements depend on the commodity, port, and transaction.

Each request follows a clear process so clients understand what is needed, what DCL is reviewing, and when the service is complete.
